Who Are We?

MH Statutory Inspections are an independent inspection company based in Scotland, with engineers in Dundee and Falkirk. We provide an extensive range of inspection services and carry out Thorough Examinations under LOLER, PSSR and PUWER regulations to help clients meet their obligations under Health and Safety legislation.

We don’t carry out any service or repair work making us impartial, as recommended by the HSE. We possess a wealth of experience within the inspection industry, previously gained from working with large insurance inspection companies. Our engineers hold a minimum of level 4 engineering qualification and are registered with the Bureau of Engineer Surveyors and the Society of Operating Engineers. We use Motion Kinetic reporting software to deliver inspection reports that can be tailored to suit client requirements, include pictures of equipment, data plates and defects to aid swift identification and rectification. We are flexible in our approach and work with clients to minimise disruption. Our aim is to build long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients by providing a personal, reliable and cost effective inspection service.
